The Codes Department is responsible for the issuance of building permits and flood plain management. The Codes Department develops the agenda for the Planning Commission and schedules meetings for the Board of Zoning Appeals. The department inspects building construction sites for conformation to approved plans and compliance with applicable codes and ordinance.
